Data / Communication DIN Rail Surge Protector (low voltage)
Data and I/O are often overlooked as sources for problems with automation processes. Frequently damaging transients enter through the "back door" and disrupt a control system or damage a critical sensor because most industrial control hardware does not include transient protection. The APT DIN Rail surge protectors utilize hybrid circuitry consisting of Tranzorbs, Diodes, Inductors, gas tubes, and resistors for complete low voltage / data protection. Exceptionally high packing densities are achieved with unique 12MM wide DIN Rail surge protector modules capable of handling up to four wire circuits in each module.
